No matter how great my life is going, I hear a voice that says, “something could go wrong.”
My work is going well, my daughter and I are getting closer by the day, I am dating a great guy.
Yet, there is that persistent voice, “you know this will not last; get ready for disappointment.”
How do you deal with the negative voice that takes you off track, makes you feel rotten?
Switch your focus to the realization of your #1, most important goal.
First, find a place to sit quietly.
Close your eyes.
Then imagine your #1 goal – what you really want – as though it were here right now.
Keep seeing it – imagining it – and feel how you will feel when you have realized your goal.
See it in detail. Where will you be? What will people be saying? What will be happening?
This has a powerful effect on your subconscious.
When you imagine what you want, and FEEL you have it now, you start to receive the right ideas to create it.
Talk out loud to yourself (yes, this is best done at home, or in your car) about how amazing you will feel, and what your life will be like at work and home when you have achieved it.
Keep imagining it, feeling like you have it, and listening to your gut, your intuition.
The more you do this, the better you will feel, and the more ideas you will have to reach goals.
Remember, everything was first imagined.
Everything that has ever been created was once someone’s “dream.”
When you get ideas – act immediately.
Your intuition is your guidance; it is how your goals are created.
Believe you can have it – by imagining, thinking, writing, and speaking about it.
Become obsessed with it.
Imagine it - close your eyes for 5 minutes each day. See your new life, feel it, get excited!
Then follow your intuition, this is your guidance – and take action to create your #1 goal.
Before you know it, your goal will be on its way, or better yet, in your life.
This is how to live your life, only better.
